Financials

 

The financial package is also very attractive.

Reserve an apartment now at today's prices for a deposit sum of Euro 2,000.  The deposit must be accompanied by a signed 'Offer to Purchase' (which will be provided by CVP).  At this stage the apartment will be blocked from sale.  Within 10 days, you will need to sign a contract with the vendor and pay 20% of the cost.  The remaining sum owed can then be paid in up to 4 equal instalments over a period of up to 18 months.

You also receive a discount card which entitles you to discounts with various partner companies.

 

Timescale for Phase 2 & Aquapark

Djadsal Phase 2 construction will commence in the Autumn 2005 and will be completed in Spring 2007 (exact dates for construction will be confirmed). The complete development and aqua park is targeted to be completed within 3 years.
