The two-storey house is situated in a village 35 km away from the former Bulgarian capital Veliko Tarnovo and only 7 km away from the nearest town of Pavlikeni. The town offers all the amenities for a normal life.
The house is of 100 sq. m. build up area and the vast garden is of another 2800 sq. m. The view is a really nice one.
The first floor consists of three rooms, a corridor and a cellar. An external staircase leads to the upper floor where two more rooms, a corridor and a cellar are situated. An attached kitchen and a bathroom are also constructed. If you decide to purchase the property you should construct an indoor toilet as for now there is only an outdoor one. Overall the house is in a good condition and only some refreshment works are to be done to make it livable.

There are a few outbuildings which may be used as you wish. The irrigation of the vast garden is guaranteed as a well is digged in the ground. Some vines and orchard trees are grown there.
