The house is situated in the end of a lovely village next to the Danube river and 40 km away from the town of Ruse. There are all the necessary communications in the village. The village is ideal for recreation and rest. If you enjoy fishing, the river is another plus of the place.
The house is distributed over two floors with living area of 100 sq. m. The garden is comprised of another 1500 sq. m. The view is a really peaceful one.
An entrance hall, two rooms and a kitchen are situated on the first floor. An external staircase leads you upstairs where you will find three more rooms connected by a corridor. An indoor bathroom is constructed as well. There is also an attached house with two more premises. The overall condition of the house is very good so only some refreshment works will be necessary.
Electricity, running water and a septic tank are available. A land line telephone may also be installed upon request.
There are big brick outdoor buildings by the house.
The garden is a lovely one on a slight slope with some orchards in it. Irrigation of the garden will be no problem as there is a well in it.
An asphalt road passes by the property and makes it accessible in all seasons.
