The property is situated in a calm village 45 km away from the city of Veliko Tarnovo – the former Bulgarian capital, a famous tourist destination and a modern university city nowadays. A river flows very near to the house so if you enjoy picnics or fishing, it is a highly recommended to take a look at this offer.
The house is located in the end of the village and offers a living area of 100 sq. m. distributed over two floors connected by an internal staircase. The garden is big as well – about 1500 sq. m. with a well and several orchards on a slight slope.
Three rooms and a basement are situated on the ground floor. An attached cookhouse is on your disposal as well. The internal staircase leads to the next storey where you will find four more rooms and a corridor. There is an attic space as well where a spacious balcony is constructed and offers a breathtaking view towards the hills. All of the premises are in good condition. Some updating is recommended but no serious refurbishment is necessary. However, you should construct indoor premises for a bathroom and a toilet.
