The property is situated only 30 km away from the former Bulgarian capital Veliko Tarnovo. The city is famous with its Medieval history monuments – the Tzarevetz fortress, many houses with unique architecture and it is a famous tourist spot. There is a university in the city so many young people live there. There is a city mall, a theater, a few galleries, etc.
The house is located in the end of a well-developed village with all amenities available.
The build-up area of the two-storey house is around 90 sq. m. and the flat and cultivated garden is spread over 1900 sq. m. with a well.
When you enter the ground floor you will find a big basement premise, a kitchen and one more room. An external staircase leads upstairs where three more rooms and a corridor between them are situated. All of the rooms are in a good livable condition. Only some refreshment should be done as to obtain a modern look. However, an internal bathroom and a toilet should be constructed before you move into.
Electricity, running water and a septic tank are available. A landline telephone is optional as well.
