The property is located in a pretty village called Preselentsi near General
Toshevo in the Dobrich area (Dobrich 30 km, Kavarna 30 km, Varna 75 km).
The village is popular with many British families for permanent residence and holiday homes, but still keeps its local charm and enjoys a good mix of Bulgarian and British population.

The property is approx 1200 square metres. The front garden has a large lawn (approx 300 square metres), a pavilion for enjoying summer evenings. The front path and pavilion area is shaded by vines. The second building has blue floor tiles and is divided into 2 large rooms. In one room is a prepared cooking niche and a shell bathroom needs completion in your taste. This building has a full-size atic and a new roof. There are water connections in this building.

The garage is rendered inside and outside with a new roof.

The roof on the main house needs repairing or replacing.

The courtyard has exterior lighting and a water tap. All in all there are three external water taps around the house.
