There is also a basement downstairs which is transformed into a livable premise. The condition of the estate is very good and only a little refreshment works are necessary.
Electricity and running water are available. A landline telephone is optional.
There are a few brick outhouses next to the main building.
The garden is a flat one and needs cultivation.
A dirt road passes by the property but still gives access throughout the whole year. A garage is constructed in the yard. The property is fenced all around.
