Amongst nature and far away from the hustle of the big and industrial city, the villa is a perfect choice for family vacations, holidays with friends or even for business stays. The region is rich in historical and cultural sightseeing spots. Many monasteries, churces and eco paths are situated nearby.
Only 5 km away from the villa, the historical hill of Tsarevets and the architecture preserve Arbanassi are situated. The horseback riding base of Arbanasi is a favourite palce for the fans of the riding. Petropalovski Monastery is also located nearby. Only 30 metres from villa Zahariev, an eco path leads to the beautiful "Ksilifor" area. Villa Zahariev offers to its guest cosyness and comfort for their holiday.
The first floor of the villa has a mechana with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooking facilities, coffee maker, TV, utensils and a bathroom.
The second floor has a comfortable queen-sized bedroom, bathroom with a bath-tub, satellite TV, balcony with a panoramic view and another bathroom for the guests from the third floor.The third floor of the villa has two double rooms and one twin room and a panoramic balcony.
Villa Zahariev also disposes of a summer kitchen with a barbeque in the summer garden, TV- CD stereosystem, a washing machine, iron and a fitness room, equipped with sport facilities.
The villa has two garages and a security.
