After successful start of construction works of the first gated residential complex in Vladislavovo area in Varna, we represent you its continuation - Acorn Hills 2

Acorn Hills is a modern housing complex project, spread out almost 4000 square footage. It consists of a parter floor and four living floors, while three entrances are established. The complex represents total of 44 apartment, where 16 are two-bedroom apartments with square footage between 88sq.m-110sq.m., and the rest 28 apartments are one-bedroom with square footage between 70sq.m.-83sq.m. At the parter floor are located three shops and eight garages. For the convience of the owners of cars, there are outside 32 parking lots.

All apartment will be done in according to the Bulgarian standards. The structure of the buildings will be modern and monolithic having reinforced concrete walls. The enclosing walls are planned to be of brick, 25 cm thick and to have 5 cm heat insulation. The internal barrier walls will be made of 12 cm brick wall. The roof and façade surfaces will constructed with the respective waterproofing and heat insulation and plasters.

PAYMENT PLANS:
If you want to reserve an apartment and ask us stop offering it for sale, then you can send a deposit of 1000 EUR. After 14 days from the receiving the deposit we should sign the Preliminary contract.

First installment - 30 % of the asking price when signing of the Preliminary contract
Second installment - 30 % of the asking price when the second concrete floor is completed
Third installment - 30 % of the asking price when the roof of the building is reached or when Act 14 is issued
Fourth installment - 10 % of the asking price on signing the notary deeds or when Act 15 is received
