Electricity and running water are provided. A landline telephone may also be connected.
An outdoor building is constructed by the house as well.
The view is really nice and gives you the feeling of calmness and peacefulness.
An asphalt road passes beside the house and makes it accessible in all weather conditions. A parking lot is available. The house is fenced all around.
