The countryside house is located in the villa zone of Priboy village, 45km away from Sofia capital city; west direction.

It is a very green region, far from the business of the village itself. There are not many houses & neighbours around, as it is amidst the nature with wonderful views, very peaceful and absolutely safe. An asphalt road leads to the gate; there is an all year-round easy access to the house.

The house was built in 1995.

Yard

The yard is huge - 1200 sq m. It has been terraced; there are fruit trees, flowers and great natural shadows against the summer heat.

The house

1. The lower part of the house is massive, cement basement that has one large premises (mehana) - fully equipped with kitchen fittings and furnished. A great place for social events (parties!).

2. The upper part of the house is Finland-type - wooden prefabricated house with very good isolation. It is like an apartment: absolutely furnished & suitable for living. Comprises of corridor, kitchen, big living room, 2 separate bedrooms and in-door toilet. It is fully furnished with massive wooden furniture.
