Description:

Dobrinishte village is situated only 6 km south of our popular ski resort Bansko. Dobrinishte is the final station on the narrow gauge line from the town of Septemvri.
It is one of the largest villages in the country with a population of over 3000 inhabitants.
There are 17 mineral springs with water temperature between 30 and 43 degrees Celsius, as well as a big mineral public bath.
There are a number of private hotels in the village as well as a House of Tourism. Also many typical national restaurants (mehana), shops, bars, disco, school, etc.

There is a bus line to Sofia, Blagoevgrad, Razlog, Bansko, Gotse Delchev, etc. The bus station is near the railway station, about 1 km east of Dobrinishte.
Dobrinishte has own skiing facilities - ski piste and chair lift. The village has a very good potential to turn into a modern ski resort.
The local municipality will work to attract more investors here, as in our opnion this nice village has a lot to offer as a tourist destination because of the unique combination of skiing, spa and rural attractions at one place.
One of the major plans is to connect the lift system of Dobrinishte to the extensive lift and piste system of Bansko.

The proximity of Bansko (only 6 km), where huge funds were invested to develop it as the most modern ski resort in Bulgaria, is another reason for the good future of the whole region. Dobrinishte and the neighbour villages are good chance for all investors looking for value properties in Bulgaria - the prices are still quite reasonable and the tourists oppurtunities are really good.
