The house is situated 45 km from the beautiful city of Ruse on the Danube river. The location is near the end of the village and you will have the freedom to reconstruct without complaints.

The house is distributed over two floors. The first floor is made out of bricks with two rooms and a kitchen. An external staircase takes you upstairs where three more rooms are situated. A bathroom and a toilet should be constructed.
Electricity and running water are provided. You should draw a septic tank and a landline telephone may also be installed.
You may also decide to demolish the whole building and to construct a new one.
There is a big brick outdoor building which is more appropriate for living at the moment.
