It is our pleasure to invite you in a village with already developed society of foreigners and even more- the organization is doing their best to develop the rural tourism in the area. Recently was the opening ceremony for the eco trial set up with their and local people efforts. The village is located near a beautiful waterfall and there are amazing places for picnic, hunting, fishing or just exploring the nature.
The property is places at the end of the village and is easy accessible even in the winter by an asphalt road. This charming house is constructed on two floors, connected by external staircase. There is a lovely wooden terrace- typical element of the old Bulgarian building style. The living area is about 100sq.m. Entering the first floor there are two rooms and a basement. On the first floor there are another two rooms and a cellar.
The house is connected to main electricity and running water and telephone connection can be provided upon your request.
The house has not been inhabited for some time and is in need of renovation and updating. Bathroom and WC inside the house should be constructed as well.
The property benefits of a big plot of 2000sq.m.After cultivation you can grow up fruits and vegetables or vines. There is a well in the plot.
The village is big and lively. You will have all the facilities you need for normal living.
