In the village you can find everything you need for rural life- you can do your daily shopping in the local food shops, there is a pub, post office, medical center and a regular bus transport.
The real estate includes a two-storey house of 70sq.m and fertile plot of land of 700sq.m. The first floor accommodation is a basement and a room. The house benefits of internal bathroom and toilet- they should be updated in order to obtain modern standard. On the second floor there are four rooms, connected by a corridor.
