The village is situated in the Pavlikeni municipality 45 km from Veliko Tarnovo. The property is located at the end of the village.
The house is spread over two floors with 120 sq. m. build up area. The vast garden is of about 3000 sq. m. and is cultivated with some orchards, box trees and organic products.
There are two rooms and a basement on the first floor. They are all connected by a corridor and an internal staircase leads to the upper storey. Two more rooms, a bathroom and a corridor are situated there. The house needs some refreshment work though.
There is an attached outbuilding with one more premise which you may transform upon your taste. There is an outdoor toilet so you should indoor one, too.
The house is supplied with electricity and running water. A land line telephone line may also be installed.
There are two large stone outhouses in the yard and a garage is also on your disposal.
