The house is situated near the village center 40 km away from capital of the second Bulgarian kingdom – the city of Veliko Tarnovo.
The house is distributed over 80 sq. m. on a single floor. External stairs lead you inside where three rooms are on your disposal. There is an attached outhouse with an entrance hall, one more room and a bathroom. There is one more outhouse arranged as a workshop. The house is in a good condition but still, some refreshment work will be necessary to obtain a modern living standard. You should also construct an indoor toilet as there is only an outside one at the moment.
Electricity, running water and a septic tank are available. A land line telephone may also be installed upon request.
A stone barn is also constructed by the main building. The garden is comprised of 1000 sq. m. with lovely flowers and orchards planted in it. Irrigation is no problem as there is a well.
The view from the house is also a lovely and peaceful one.
An asphalt road passes by the property which is surrounded by a stone fence.
The house is not inhabited so you may move into in no time after the purchase is concluded.
