The property is situated in the center of a lively village 60 km from Ruse. There are several food shops, some pubs, cafes and a post office. A regular bus transport to the near towns is available.

External stairs lead you indoors. The house is on a single floor with three rooms, a cellar and a corridor between them. There is an attached outhouse with one more premise and a bathroom.
