The village is situated only 20 km from the town of Svishtov and 75 km from the city of Russe – one the most beautiful towns in Bulgaria.
The property is in the end of the village, distributed on a single floor with 70 sq. m. living area. The garden is of 1500 sq. m. more.
External stairs lead indoors. There are three rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet connected by a corridor and an entrance hall on the ground floor. There is also a basement downstairs which is transformed into a livable premise. The condition of the estate is very good and only a little refreshment works are necessary.
Electricity and running water are available. A landline telephone is optional.
There are a few brick outhouses next to the main building.
The garden is a flat one and needs cultivation.
A dirt road passes by the property but still gives access throughout the whole year. A garage is constructed in the yard. The property is fenced all around.
