The property is situated 20 km from the town of Dobrich where you will find all the exciting places you expect to see in a big town. The charming sea town of Balchik - the exceptional view of the town from the sea impressed the great Ovid who exclaimed: "O white stone town, I salute thee for thy inimitable beauty!". Apart from the palace, the palace complex and the botanical garden - the biggest and most diverse in the Balkans, the town is attractive to tourists with its ancient atmosphere that has been preserved for centuries now.

The city of Varna (3rd biggest city in Bulgaria) is situated 70 km from the village and offers great time for all the tourists. Many cultural events and festivals take place in it.

The estate on your attention is situated in the middle of a small village and offers you peace and relaxation.

The house is distributed over two storeys with total living area of 80 sq. m. The garden is of another 1300 sq. m. The property offers a great view.
