We are glad to offer you this peaceful and calm village with a lovely view. It is located about 45km from the town of Ruse - an interesting and beautiful city famous with its architecture from the Renaissance- the time of cultural revival. In the village is situated the famous church- "St. Archangel Michael", built in 1879.
An asphalt road leads to the house which location is close to the centre of the settlement. This district is known as a big agricultural centre. The agriculture and livestock breeding in the region is specialized for different grain and industrial crops like sunflowers, maize, barley. If you wish you can grow them in the 1000sq.m.sunny garden of the house. It is a fertile and flatted plot which is extended on two streets. The two-storey house is sold with around 80sq.m.of living area.
On the first floor there are two rooms. By an external staircase you reach to the second floor where a corridor leads to three more rooms. The whole house is in very good condition for living but it will be better to do some slight refreshment to obtain a modern living standard. It is necessary to fit internal bathroom and a toilet to be more comfortable for using.
Running water and electricity are provided. There are conditions to connect a telephone line.
