The house is situated near the beautiful Danube city of Ruse - 45 km away. It is located in the end of a peaceful village and the area perfect for recreation.
The build-up area of the two-storey house is 80 sq. m. and the garden is of 850 sq. m. more.
There is an entrance hall, a single room and a kitchen on the first floor. An external staircase leads to the upper storey where three rooms, a corridor and a bathroom+WC are situated. There is also an attached outhouse with one more premise available.
Electricity, running water and a septic tank are on your disposal. Sewerage is being supplied on the first floor at the moment.
The bathroom on the second floor is still under reconstruction but it will be ready soon.
There is a brick outdoor building constructed in the yard. A garage is also available.
There is a dirt road leading to the estate but it is available in winter conditions, too. The property is surrounded by a fence.
The garden is not cultivated but the view is really nice.
The property on your attention is under construction at the moment and it will be sold fully refurbished. The house is livable but as the purchase is over, you will have all the rights to move into.
