The house is located 45 km from the picturesque city of Ruse.
The living area of the estate is 80 sq. m. and the area of the garden is really more than you may have expected - 3600 sq. m. The land is not cultivated but it is fertile though.
The house is distributed on a single floor with three rooms, a corridor and a cellar. External stairs lead inside. There is a fireplace constructed in the corridor so the heating is no problem. There is an attached house with a cook house, a laundry premise and a bathroom in it. There is also a spacious basement under the main floor. The property needs only a slight refreshment to make it ready for a normal life.
Electricity, running water and a septic tank are available. A land line telephone may also be connected.
There is a spacious outbuilding on two storeys which may be transformed into living area as well.
An asphalt road passes by the estate and guarantees all year access. A parking lot is on your disposal. The whole property is surrounded by a fence.
