The property is situated 45 km away from the well-developed city on the Danube river Ruse. The house is in the end of a well-developed village with good infrastructure.
The living area of the two storey house is about 80 sq. m. distributed over two floors. The trim and flourish garden is spread on 900 sq. m. with a drawn well.
The first floor consists of a kitchen, a hallway and a basement. An external staircase leads upstairs where you will find an entrance hall, three rooms and a corridor between them. There is no need of serious refurbishment. Some slight refreshment will be enough to add your personal touch to the atmosphere of the house.
Electricity and running water are provided. A landline telephone may also be connected.
An outdoor building is constructed by the house as well.
The view is really nice and gives you the feeling of calmness and peacefulness.
An asphalt road passes beside the house and makes it accessible in all weather conditions. A parking lot is available. The house is fenced all around.
