The property benefits from its location – just 15 km away from one of the most beautiful Bulgarian cities – Veliko Tarnovo. If you enjoy fishing you will be delighted to know that it is also located very near to a river.
The house is distributed over two floors with total living area of 75 sq. m. The garden is flat with fertile soil with area of 2700 sq. m. There is a well so irrigation is no problem.
Two basements are situated on the ground floor and you may transform them upon your wishes. An external staircase leads upstairs where you will find three rooms and a corridor between them. The whole house should be totally refurbished as to obtain a livable and modern look. You should install internal premises for a bathroom and a toilet.
Electricity and running water are provided. A landline telephone may also be connected. However, you should draw a septic tank as there is none at the moment.
A big brick outbuilding is constructed in the yard. A beautiful tree in front of the main house gives a remarkable look to the place.
A short 10 m dirt road leads to the house so the access is easy all year long. A parking lot is on your disposal as well. The house is surrounded by a fence.
