The property is situated in the end of a nice and lively village only 15 km away from one of the most famous Bulgarian cities and former Bulgarian capital – Veliko Tarnovo. The village offers all the amenities for a normal living – some shops, a pub, regular bus transport, etc.
The house is distributed over two floors with total living area of 90 sq. m. and with a flat garden of 1500 sq. m. Some cultivation should be done as to plant any production there. A well is already drawn.
Entering the house you will find a kitchen with an oven and a basement. External stairs lead to the upper floor where two rooms, a cellar and a corridor between them are situated. There is an additional room in the attached outhouse. A bathroom is on your disposal as well. Slight refreshing should be taken so that the house to obtain a modern look.
The property is supplied with electricity and running water. A landline telephone may also be provided.
A spacious stone outbuilding is attached to the main house and may be used for anything you have in mind.
An asphalt road passes beside the house and makes the access easy in all seasons. There is a parking space in the yard. There are neighbours nextdoor so you will have a good chance to make some new friends in no time. The house is surrounded by a fence.
