The house is situated in the end of a lovely village just 20 km from the old Bulgarian capital Veliko Tarnovo.
The living area of the property is 100 sq. m. distributed over two storeys. The garden is spread over 1700 sq. m. with a well and a few orchard trees.
Two rooms and a kitchen are on your disposal on the first floor. External stairs lead upstairs where two more rooms, a cellar and a corridor between them are situated. A summer kitchen is constructed as well. There is a basement under it. The house will benefit from some restoration but no main changes are necessary. However, an internal premises for a bathroom and a toilet should be installed.
Electricity and running water are provided. A landline telephone connection is optional.
A spacious stone barn is constructed in the yard and may be converted into a guest house by request.
An asphalt road passes by the property and guarantees all year access. A parking space is available. The house is fenced.
