The village is situated 45 km away from the former Bulgarian capital and nowadays a modern city center – Veliko Tarnovo – a prominent tourist spot and university center.
The house is right in the middle of the village – on the square so the shop on the first floor has a perfect location.
The whole house is distributed over two storeys with total living area of about 130 sq. m. The garden is spread over 800 sq. m. with a well. It offers a perfect view over the village.
The first level is occupied by a spacious premise that has been used recently as a shop.
An internal staircase leads upstairs where four rooms and a corridor are situated. There is an attached outbuilding where you will find two more premises. However, you should construct an indoor bathroom and a toilet.
Electricity and running water are provided. A landline telephone is optional.
The whole property should be updated and refreshed but no serious work is necessary. The first floor is made of stone and the second is a brick one.
There is an outdoor building constructed in the yard.
The garden is not a big one but it is sunny and cultivated with several orchard trees.
An asphalt road leads to the property and the access is very easy all year long. A parking space is available. The house is fenced all around.
