The property is situated in the end of a well-developed village 40 km from the former Bulgarian capital Veliko Tarnovo.
The house is distributed over two floors with total living area of 120 sq. m. The garden is of almost 2000 sq. m. more. The view to the near mountains is very nice.
There are two rooms and a corridor on the ground floor. External stairs lead upstairs where three more rooms and a corridor are situated. An attached outhouse is also constructed and offers one more premise. If you decide to purchase the property you should install indoor premises for a toilet and a bathroom. Some refreshment will be a benefit to the overall appearance of the house.
Electricity and running water are provided. A landline telephone may also be installed by request.
An outdoor building is constructed in the yard as well.
The road passing by the house is a dirt one but still gives access all year long.
Irrigation of the land will be no problem as there is a well in it. The garden is a well-cultivated and flat one. There is a fence all around the house.
