The property is situated only 30 km away from the former Bulgarian capital Veliko Tarnovo. The city is famous with its Medieval history monuments – the Tzarevetz fortress, many houses with unique architecture and it is a famous tourist spot. There is a university in the city so many young people live there. There is a city mall, a theater, a few galleries, etc.
The house is located in the end of a well-developed village with all amenities available.
The build-up area of the two-storey house is around 90 sq. m. and the flat and cultivated garden is spread over 1900 sq. m. with a well.
When you enter the ground floor you will find a big basement premise, a kitchen and one more room. An external staircase leads upstairs where three more rooms and a corridor between them are situated. All of the rooms are in a good livable condition. Only some refreshment should be done as to obtain a modern look. However, an internal bathroom and a toilet should be constructed before you move into.
Electricity, running water and a septic tank are available. A landline telephone is optional as well.
There is a shattered outbuilding in the yard.
A 50 m dirt road leads to the house but it is accessible in all seasons. Half of the property is surrounded by a brick fence. A parking lot is on your disposal.
It is not inhabited so you may move into it right after the purchase. There are neighbours around so you may make new friends in no time.
