The village is near Byala and Svishtov- nice small towns, where you can find all the amenities of the urban life.
The area offers good hunting, fishing and recreational opportunities because of its proximity to the Danube and to Yantra River, which runs close by.
The house comprises of two floors and has about 80sq.m of living area. The groud floor is occupied by two basements the second floor is occupied by three rooms, connected with vast corridor. The floors are connected by external staircase.
The property is structurally sound and doesn’t need major renovation.. The property is inhabited and is in decent condition but will definitely need a touch to obtain good livable standard.
