The property on your attention is situated in a village 25 km away from one of the historical and cultural centers of Bulgaria – the town of Lovech. There is a Roman fortress by the city and a lot of monuments related to the Bulgarian national history. The city of Lovech is a cozy one and it offers calmness and good opportunities for education.

A dirt road passes by the house and not far there is an asphalt one as well. A parking space is available. The property is fenced by a wire net.
The house is not inhabited at the moment so you may move into in no time after the purchase is concluded.
