The economic aspect of the village is defined by the modern machine building plant owned by Australian company "Parfinger Pruduction Technics" and the vineyard of wine factory "Peshtera" and some private agricultural mansions.
The school into the village was opened in 1882 and in 1982 it changed to Secondary school.
There is huge garden of 2 500 sq.m. There are fruit trees and water drill. Jambol is located 15km away from it and 100km away from Burgas. The village is calmly and quietly place for living with varied nature - there are hills, forest and a river. The village is well developed one with good infrastructure.
This mansion is two storey one with a small terrace. There are a living room, a bedroom on the first floor and a bathroom with laid water-main. On the second floor there are two bedrooms. There is wooden flooring in the rooms. The toilet is outside the house.
