 Acorn Hills - modern housing complex project

The Acorn Hills is a modern housing complex project, which will provide new homes for the people dreaming of having their own apartment in the city of Varna.
It will be built in the quarter of Vladislavovo on an area of 12 000 sq.m. and it will include the construction of 5 small housing four-storey blocks and one bigger housing complex, which will be built in the final project phase.

The enclosing walls are planned to be of brick, 24 cm thick and to have 5 cm heat insulation. The internal barrier walls will be made of 12 cm brick wall. The roof and façade surfaces will constructed with the respective waterproofing and heat insulation, plasters, board encasings and revetments.

The district of Vladislav Varnenchik, called more often quarter of Vladislavovo is the youngest quarter of Varna.

One of the most modern vegetable markets in the city of Varna is located here and the shops belonging to the Metro, Technomarket, Burlex and Piccadilly turn Vladislavovo into one of the most convenient places to live in Varna. Residential complex ACORN HILLS consists of five four storey residential buildings each with 16 apartments and only Building 1 is with 14 apartments.

Building 1 comprises of 14 apartments - 8 are two-bedroom and 6 are one-bedroom. There will be three shops and doctor's room as well. Eight parking lots for car's owners.

Building 2 comprises of 16 apartments - 8 are two-bedroom, 6 are one-bedroom and 2 are studio. 10 parking lots and 5 garages for car's owners.

Building 3 comprises of 16 apartments - 8 are two-bedroom, 6 are one-bedroom and 2 are studio. 11 parking lots and 5 garages for car's owners.

Payment plans :

If you want to reserve an apartment and ask us stop offering it for sale, then you can send a deposit of 1000 EUR. After 14 days from the receiving the deposit we should sign the Preliminary contract.

Plan 1

First installment - 30 % of the asking price when signing of the Preliminary contract
Second installment - 30 % of the asking price when the second concrete floor is completed
Third installment - 30 % of the asking price when the roof of the building is reached or when Act 14 is issued
Fourth installment - 10 % of the asking price on signing the notary deeds or when Act 15 is received

Plan 2 - % discount subject to agreement
First installment - 90 % of the asking price when signing of the Preliminary contract
Second installment - 10 % of the asking price on signing the notary deeds or when Act 15 is received.
