The hotel is located at the best part of the Sunny Beach Resort Complex, near the Vela hotel, at 400 m from the seashore and the central area of the beach, in the most frequented and famous sea resort in Bulgaria.

The Sunny Beach Resort Complex is situated in the southern part of Bulgarian Black Sea Riviere. It is located in a beautiful bay resembling a half-moon, facing South. The northern part of the resort touches the foot of the last highlands of The Balkans Massif. This makes a perfect combination of sea and mountain. To the South it borders with the peninsula - based ancient town of Nesebar - architectural and historical monument of both Bulgarian and world culture.

The international airport of Burgas (some 30 km from Sunny Beach), the sea port and railway station of Burgas (some 40 km from Sunny Beach). There are regular communications with the district cities of Burgas (40 km) and Varna (90 km) available. Environmentally friendly internal transport - mini trains, veloriksha and bicycles.
