The Development
The development is situated in the villa area of Albena above the famous black sea coastal resort the centre of Albena is in walking distance from the development. The apartment is 460 meters from the sea; you need to go down some steps to reach a small beach & further along a walkway is the blue flag beach of Albena & the nature reserve.
In front of the development is a ravine & at nigh time the only sound to be heard is water trickling along. The ravine ends in a small waterfall going into the sea.
In the same street there is a hotel, a local shop/bar and the beer is 19p per pint the wine is 80p per bottle.
About 500 yards away there is a bus service to Varna Balchik & Albena center
Local amenities include, golf course, Kite surfing, fishing, bird watching, sailing, jet ski etc.

The price for the apartments start at 50150 Euros or £34,586 on the first floor
on the second floor the price is 57820 Euros or £39,875 on the third floor the price is 67850 Euros or £46,793.
A 6000 Euro deposit is payable on signing the contract & the rest to be paid within 30 - 40 days depending on the time scale in the prelimaniry contract.
Maintance Charge is 380 Euro per year which covers maintance of jecuzzi, wash machine cleaning, & security.
