The building's structure is monolithic, of reinforced concrete, with smooth inter-floor slabs. The enclosing and partition walls are brick. A 5 cm Fibran thermal insulation is to be installed on the exterior walls and on the bay-windows. The roof slopes are of wooden structure, and tower slopes - of metal one. The terraces are designed with thermal and hydro insulation and in order to enable the continuous water supply a water reservoir has been designed. The floorage of the premises is to be of terracotta tiles, and bed-rooms' one - of laminate flooring. The walls and the ceilings are to be latex finished. The ground floor walls of the building facade, as well as the outdoor stairs and terraces will be covered in a ceramic stone tile. The roofing is to be of Bardolin. The plot is to be laid out with stone paving slabs on the stairs, with a concrete walkway in front of the garages. Parking grinds will separate the parking places and grass covering the rest of the area. A solid 2 metres-high fencing will run along the length of the internal plot boundaries. Along the boundary with the street an open-work metal plate fence with 60cm solid part will be constructed. This will have two gates, one for pedestrians and one for cars.
