About forty km northeast from the old capital of Bulgaria-the town of Veliko Tarnovo a nice property is located. The house attracts with its appearance-it looks like a little pretty castle. It is built on two floors connected with both-internal and external staircase. A sunny flat garden surrounds this beautiful estate. It is well-cultivated and there are all conditions for future development- irrigation of the fertile land will be no problem. Near to the plot a sizeable stone outbuilding is situated. A dirt road leads to the house and gives an access all year long.
At the moment the building is inhabited and is very good condition. The first floor comprises a vast basement, dining-room and a room. There is nice furniture and all necessary for normal living. Three more rooms and a larder are available on the second floor. There is external toilet but it is no problem to be fitted up an internal on. A vast bathroom is available. In front of the house on the platform a well is distributed. Close to the property is the outhouse where there are two rooms and a comfortable kitchen.
On your disposal are electricity, running water, septic tank, telephone landline, rural shops, regular transport to the nearest towns.
Beautiful panorama is disclosed from the house. The district is perfect for walking, hunting and fishing.
