This two-storey property is situated in a calm and peaceful village 20km from Byala and about 60km from the former capital of the Second Bulgarian Kingdom-Veliko Tarnovo. The house itself is 100sq.m.and is surrounded by a garden of 1200sq.m.In it there is a big shelter but it needs to be repaired.
An external staircase connects the floors. Through a vast glass entrance on the first storey you can see a corridor, a room and a bathroom-all in very good condition. The floor itself consists of a corridor and two more rooms. There are wooden floor, ceiling, doors and windows which give the solidity of the floor. It is necessary to do some refreshment work to be fitted up a modern living standard. The second floor comprises three rooms and a corridor. As a whole only the paint should be renewed. By the house is attached other building on two floors too. There are a garage and two rooms.
Running water, electricity, a septic tank, regular bus transport and rural shops are available. A telephone landline can be connected if you wish.
The district is very attractive one. Rosica river runs close to the village and if you enjoy fishing it is the perfect place to do it. There are some breed-ponds for this purpose.
