This pretty house is situated in a big village 48km north-west from the Medieval Capital of Bulgaria- the town of Veliko Tarnovo. The climate allows the cultivation of vegetables, cereals and orchard trees in the district. About 2km from the centre of the village there is remains of an antique Thracian mound. It has big historical significance because represents the life of the ancients who inhabited these places.
The house is distributed over two floors with living area of 100sq.m. On the first floor a kitchen and two rooms are located. External stairs lead to the second storey where two rooms, a closet and corridor between them are on disposal. Close to the house is the attached outbuilding which offers other room. As a whole the property is in very good condition for living but some refreshment could be done to obtain a modern living standard. There is mains water and electricity. Telephone line can be connected upon your request.
The estate is surrounded by a flat sunny garden of 2000sq.m.It is cultivated with many orchards, vines and other agricultures typical for Bulgaria. Some big outbuildings and a draw-well are located in it. The whole plot is surrounded by a solid stone fence. Close to is the garage where you can keep your car safe. A lovely view is disclosed from the property!!!
