The two-storey house is situated in a small peaceful village 70km from the famous historical town in Bulgaria-the town of Veliko Tarnovo and no more of 10km from the town of Popovo. The property sits in a vast plot with total area of 1600sq.m.and consists of 100sq.m.living area.
The property was built in 1903 and has been restored twice and at the moment it does not need reconstruction but if you wish to be its new owner you can do some refreshment to obtain a modern living standard. Its comfortable location-at the end of the village and at the highest place- has many amenities and gives you the calm you need for a nice rest. A lovely view to the Balkan is disclosed from the real estate.
The floors are connected by an external staircase. On the first one there are two rooms and a cookhouse. It is a stone building and gives the solidity of the whole house. The second floor comprises other two rooms and living-room.
Although is a small pretty village it has all necessary you need for normal living. There are some rural shops, Library, a café, medical service and regular bus transport to the towns of the region. If you enjoy hunting it is a good game country. In the district there is a shooting lodge, and also a fishing ground near the river which runs in the close.
