At the end of the property there is a well which in the past had been used for pouring, and it is currently closed. In about ten minutes walking distance one can reach the center of village Belgun which offers grocery and some industrial shops, a small restaurant, a garden, a post office, medical service, a council, an elementary school and a community centre.
The property is located in the village of Belgun: 19km away from Kavarna beach, 23km away from Krapets beach, 38km away from the town of Balchik, 53km away from Albena resort, 70km away from the town of Varna, where there is an internation airport, 25km away from the village of Topola, where is being built a 18 holes golf course designed by Gary Player. The property next to ours is sold to people from England. In Belgun there are few more properties also bought from foreigners and three of them are sold to Englishmen and they are already living there. The property could be also a good capital investment. There isn't any industrial activity near Belgun which creates a quiet, calm and ecologically clean atmosphere.
