The house is built on two floors and offers living area of 80sq.m.It is surrounded by a big sunny plot of 2000sq.m.At the moment it is not cultivated but there are all conditions fro future development. The fertile land and irrigation allow cultivation of many typical Bulgarian vegetables and orchards.
One room and a vast kitchen are located on the first storey. By external stairs you reach the second floors where you can see two more rooms and sizeable corridor. As a whole the property is in very good condition for living but you can do slight refreshment before move into.
A garage for your car, a well, a big outbuilding are on your disposal. There is mains electricity, running water and a septic tank.
