The location of the property is near (22km) the big Bulgarian town famous with its historical significance and unique landmarks-the town of Veliko Tarnovo.
An asphalt road passes by the house which is built on single floor and is surrounded by a vast flat and sunny garden of 1350sq.m. The floor comprises corridor, three rooms, nice living-room and a kitchen. In the outbuilding which is detached to the estate there are a sizeable basement and another room. In total the condition for living is very good but if you wish you can do some slight refreshment to your taste. The toilet is external but it will be no problem to renovate an internal one, a bathroom is available. Living area is of 160sq.m.but also there is other big stone outbuilding which you can use for living, as a guest house or summer kitchenette. In front of this pretty brick house is the parking for your car.
There is mains electricity, running water and a septic tank. Telephone landline can be connected by your request. The location of the estate is very comfortable- it is near the centre but at the same time it is a peaceful place for living. In the village there are some rural shops, pubs, regular bus station to the towns, Post office and many others amenities.
