The house is situated next to Gabrovo and Sevlievo - very beautiful Bulgarian towns, famous with their historical significance. In this district are located the Etara - the biggest open aired ethnographical museum in Bulgaria, representing the life of a typical revival Bulgarian village and one of the most beautiful caves in North Bulgaria- Bacho Kiro. Within easy distance of the village there are a lot of cаmping sites which offer many enjoyable activities as well as picnic, fishing and hunting . About 20 minutes driving is necessary to reach the former Bulgarian capital - the town of Veliko Tarnovo.
The real estate is distributed over two floors and the total living area is 120sq.m. There is a vast and sunny garden of 1800sq.m and offers you the opportunity always to have your own fresh vegetables. There is beautiful view from it. The plot is well-cultivated with a lot of orchard trees and vines- they are so typical for the Bulgarian agriculture. It is surrounded by a stone fence. Draw-well, a septic tank and two big outhouses are on your disposal.
The first floor consists of a corridor, two rooms and a kitchen. It is built of stones so it is very solid. An internal stairs lead to the second floor where are located three more rooms, a corridor and a bathroom. The toilet is external so the new owner has to fit internal one. The two stories have wooden windows and as a whole are in very good condition. The new owners can do some refreshment work to obtain a modern living standard if they wish.
Electricity and running water are provided. A landline telephone is optional.
In front of the house there is a parking for your car!
An asphalt road passes by the property. It is situated close to the centre of the village so the access is easy. A regular bus transport is provided to the nearest towns.
