The property is situated 30 km away from the former Bulgarian capital of Veliko Tarnovo. The village is a well-developed one with a restaurant, a few food shops and a police station.
The house is distributed over two floors with 90 sq. m. of living area. It is located in the end of the village with a little stream that flows just beside the property. A garden with a walnut-tree and some orchard trees is spread over 1710 sq. m. with a nice view ahead.
As you enter the house a kitchen and a dining room are situated on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom+a toilet.
New electrical and a new plumbing are provided. A new septic tank is available as well. A landline telephone may also be installed by request.
Refreshment is recommended but no serious repairs are necessary.
There is a spacious barn in the yard – around 50 sq. m. large.
An asphalt road passes by the house and guarantees all year access. A stone fence surrounds the plot.
The house is not inhabited so you may move into right away the purchase is concluded.
