Quite simply we open you a bank account in a company name (that you choose)
Once you have opened your bank account, we apply for the necessary paperwork on your behalf, which normally takes around four weeks
Once this is all done notary is booked and the signing is done at the notary, you then become a legal owner of the property
To open and register your company at the bank you need to deposit 2,600 Euro, this you will use towards the purchase of your property
Legal fees are charged at 500 Euro
There is a notary fee and tax to be paid, the amount will depend on the price of the property, please allow 3% of the purchase price
